I am so happy you are here because that means you want to COOK! Cooking is my absolute favorite hobby – it’s a creative outlet, a love language, and creates a pause moment in a busy life to enjoy a meal.
You’ll find these meals to be veggie-packed, full of protein, and on heavy rotation in the Liz-Nathan household. Like most people, we both have dietary restrictions and preferences that this collection is curated for. You will not find certain ingredients like meat, cashews, or pistachios, in this collection, and most ingredients are sourced from Aldi/Costco where we are balling on student budgets.
